We had a lovely 3 nights stay at Hilton in a middle of the week. We ate at the restaurant every evening. If you like beef, this is a must place to try. The staff at the restaurant was very friendly and their knowledge of the food was very good. We also visited the spa and it was nice and quiet during the daytime when we visited. I also went to the gym a couple of times and I liked how well equipped it was. The breakfast was also good and they had everything and more I could wish for. I like to go to breakfast esrly in the morning so there wasn’t too many people at early hours.

Had a premium room which was excellent: very spacious, fantastic views to a park and the city, a good setup for working. Great shower. The only drawback was weird toilet design with zero soundproofing, not great for romantic getaway.

This hotel presents very well and is in a good location opposite a largish suburban park. The room was lovely and very well presented. Everything was clean and in good working order. My only issues with this hotel is the exorbitant additional charges for extras. For example I ordered room service (continental) and I was charged €6 delivery fee for a €20 breakfast which I would say at best was average. No spoons were provided for cereal, fruit and yogurt and no tea spoon (perhaps I was expected to use the one in the room! Addis ally the only condiments I was provided for my toast was a pot of tomato ketchup, a pot of mayonnaise and a pot of honey (thank goodness). For €20 you would expect a reasonable breakfast from Hilton. The hotel does not provide password protected WIFI which I think is very poor especially when travelling. I was offered “premium” password protected WIFI for €12.50 per day. And finally I checked out on 1 October and I finally received my room deposit refund today 6 October. Apparently this was due to a technical hitch! Would I stay here again, probably not. The room was perfect but the Hilton service and extras were way off the pace compared to other hotels I have stayed at recently. Disappointing!

Really enjoyed our stay here, great room with 2 double beds which is difficult to find. Very adequate fitness room and nice sauna, pool and jacuzzi facilities. Breakfast had a range of good options for all dietary preferences. Had some nice interactions with Dan at the front desk as well who is a very affable young man.

best experience ever. I came totally late at 0130 and my room was given to somebody. But no worries, I got an upgrade to Eri Klass suite which was absolutely fantabulous surprise for a tired travelling salesman. I felt very special and was treated very kindly by the staff.
