Property felt dilapidated. Pool not heated. Elevator broken for 2 days. Room carpet stained, hole in bathroom door and chair had slash marks on back and seat. Overall did not feel comfortable with cleanliness. Even thought about switching hotels and losing my money when I got there. Staff were good though and being so close to beach were the redeeming factors.

Not too bad
Perfect location to everything. Wish the parking structure didnt have such tight spots, close to cement walls and pillars, but it is what it is. The staff and lobby were nice. Unfortunately the heater in the pool had gone out, so no swimming for us, which sucks because thats what my youngest looks forward to. The rooms are in need of major attention. You get what you pay for.

My husband has terminal GBM. We do not have many trips that we will be able to take. It was extremely important to us to have a pool and hot tub. The pools heater was not working and hot tub stunk of mildew. It was disgusting. Had we knows these weren’t options we would have booked elsewhere. Woke up in the morning and our side of the connecting room door was open. It was highly alarming. Should be renamed from Shilo Inn to Shito Inn.

There was foodon the floor, cobwebs, noisy heater, broken seals on the windows, very dated. It smelled ok.

Amazing location with great potential
The location is excellent and the staff is nice and helpful however, the place has some maintenance issues for example the pool heater was broken so the pool was freezing cold. The steam room was out of order. The stopper for the tub in our room wasn’t working and the dishwasher was also broken. Other than that the place has a lot of great potential to be 5 stars!

Great staff, bed was old and sunk in the middle but room was clean. Pool was cold the first day due to being drained the day prior but warmed up the next day. Loved the selection of shampoo. Room didn’t have any guide to the towns attractions or restaurants.
