The staff was amazing. They were very kind and helpful. The pool was nice. The breakfast left alot to be desired, so we just ate out. Our rooms......they just needed alot of attention. The bathroom sink had a ton of glue under-the counter like it was holding it together, and it never dried so everytime we were in the bathroom we kept bumping into it. The ac was horrible, the room never cooled and it looked as if it had not been cleaned in forever. I think the room just needed alot of updates.

The check in was great! The person at the front desk was awesome! The room location was excellent! The room was acceptable. The “breakfast “ was minimal. The hotel worker stayed on her phone on speaker phone while I was trying to have a peaceful cup of coffee. I thought it very unprofessional. All in all, for the money, it was an acceptable stay.

The price was very reasonable. The room was clean and tidy. The elevator did not appear to be maintained as the inspection certificate was missing and covers off some compartments. The hot tub looked horrible as the water appeared brownish. The indoor pool are had broken tiles on the floor as well as peeling paint. Several outside columns were broken as if hit by vehicles. The fountain in front was filled with algae. The breakfast was adequate.

Location was fine. Front desk people were fine. Room was big, it had working ac, bathroom clean and bed okay. Room very run down. Ac enclosed by drywall and unfinished wood. The closet did not have a bar to hang cloths, bathroom towel rack was gone and sofa looked dirty. It worked for one night but we would not go back. Breakfast minimal but helped us to have something before we were on the road.

The reception area is kept nicely, but it masks a multitude of sins. Our room, upon entering, had a wet carpet and a discarded pen on the floor from the last inhabitants. The shower rail was hanging off the wall and screwed precariously into cracked tiles. We couldn't turn the shower on and had to seek help, then when it switched on, it was cold. Warm (not hot!) water was restored by the morning but those cold bedtime showers were rough. Breakfast was free, which was a plus, but half of the supplies had run out by 8am. We had to wait half an hour for someone to bring more milk for the cereal they offered. Polystyrene plates and plastic cups were offered for single use and no recycling was evident, which is just very sad, really.

We stayed there for 5 days. Staff never smiles (except the guy who works the counter and the maintenance man). Couldn’t get them to clean the room (room service) the whole time (had to ask before 8am; every time they said they were too busy that day!)…to place the trash outside the room. The place was good, but the staff wasn’t so good about 90% of the time. They made us feel like WE were asking too much of them.

Breakfast was disappointing. On several of occasions the was very little stocked on a very limited offering (cereal, cold boiled eggs, fruit. bagels , toast, muffin) had to ask on several occasions to have restocked and the staff seemed very reluctant and that we were an inconvenience. Front desk staff were very helpful and opened up the dining area for us to watch the world cup one evening while we ate takeout. No refrigerator on the room, only one ice machine in the building works. Only one elevator working and the other did not have maintenance record posted. The staff arbitrary closed the pool at 9pm even though we were told it should close at 10pm.

The smell inside the room was nauseating. Inside, there was no ice bucket, no coffee maker with which to make the provided coffee, no batteries in the tv remote, a smoke alarm that would not stop alarming(and no one came to check on-thankfully no fire). One working ice machine which is on the 3rd floor. Wasn't able to check out the pool, I was told it was closing when I checked in, an hour before the posted pool hours indicated it would close. I came there after being displaced from my residence due to fire, all I wanted was a clean comfortable room, and a dip in the pool would have done wonders. Nothing but one headache after another. Definitely an inhospitable place to be.
