This was probably overall our favourite hotel of 7 we stayed in in indonesia. You have the most around you to use, the breakfast was the best we had...huge variety! Swimming pool is great, and it has a swim up pool....big tick! The massage was brilliant and we had the room right next to the sea which was really relaxing. The staff were all too accommodating, and couldnt do enough to help you! We had 2 free cocktails each, which was a lovely touch. 2 min walk to the beach...10min walk into town. Would definitely reccommend staying here, good value for money too!

The rooms was a bit dated especially the shower otherwise this would be a 5* review. The pool and outside areas are gorgeous, spacious and comfortable. The views to Bali stunning. The staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. It's worth staying at the hotel just to eat in both of the restaurants where the food and service couldn't be faulted.

The Pros - staff was very friendly, helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to help. From our arrival to check out the staff were absolutely amazing espically one of the waiter ( Jian ). The pool and surrounding was well kept and clean. , it was very private and relaxing. The bedrooms were a bit dated but it serve the purpose . The Cons - Beach!!! Very disappointed.

Love coming here, this was my second time visiting and my husbands first. The pool is beyond amazing and we spent the majority of the time there. The Buffett was excellent, and staff was the best. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The family loved the swimming pool which was nice, clean and not crowded. I love the TV in the suite which has internet access. The staff were all very friendly and attentive and they made us felt very welcomed and at home. The spa was nice and good value. We appreciated that the supervisor, Corina, acted promptly when she heard that the marbled floor condensed badly during the night and resolved the problem quickly. The fact that the tap water could be used to boil water was so much appreciated after we went to the second hotel with tap water that could not be drunk. The stained toilet seat in the suite could use a change though. The beach was not as clean as I would like but the tiny crabs tunnelling in the sand made up for it. Overall, the hotel is value for money.

I had the pleasure of thanking many of them in person, but I want to reiterate: every single staff member, from the Executive Chef and the server/room service team to the gardeners and floor staff, defines what true hospitality looks like. I have never seen such a genuine combination of hard work and authentic care. I would gladly fly thousands of miles just to experience this place again. It was a beautiful moment I’ll never forget. Great place to visit at the lovely Senggigi beach. Most amazing swimming pool and gardens kept to perfection. Rooms were light and airy and well equipped for tea and coffee etc. restaurants were great and good value and the quality was awesome. The staff are excellent and went out of their way to be helpful. As shared by others, the hotel itself is older. However it is still the best hotel in the area. We moved from a different hotel after one night to the Sheraton and felt much safer, the pool and beach were beautiful. The spa was wonderful. The food was really good. Shout out to Madey at the pool bar for excellent service. Our family would return again
