The rooms was a bit dated especially the shower otherwise this would be a 5* review. The pool and outside areas are gorgeous, spacious and comfortable. The views to Bali stunning. The staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. It's worth staying at the hotel just to eat in both of the restaurants where the food and service couldn't be faulted.

The Pros - staff was very friendly, helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to help. From our arrival to check out the staff were absolutely amazing espically one of the waiter ( Jian ). The pool and surrounding was well kept and clean. , it was very private and relaxing. The bedrooms were a bit dated but it serve the purpose . The Cons - Beach!!! Very disappointed.

Excellent hotel for our short stay in Senggigi. The staff was really friendly, the rooms super clean, and the pool was nice. Its not the best beach in Lombok (those are in the south), but the hotel did a great job in keeping it as clean as possible. The food was excellent! Would highly recommend this.
