10/10 Exceptional

A really excellent hotel in one of the best districts in our opinion. My only slightly negative comment would be that the rooms, particularly bathrooms, could do with a little refresh given they are now 8 years old but this is more than made up for by the excellent staff and the best breakfast we’ve ever had in a hotel. We would definitely book again. Great sleep. Comfortable beds. Powerful showers. Good amenities. Just needs a lick of paint here and there a bit of maintenance in the bathroom.

4/10 Fair

Good location, nice design. Very overpriced. A bit tired. No water was provided at any day. Staff at the breakfast is not friendly and not helpful, and doesn’t try to communicate nicely and be respectful. It is very weird to see how staff talks to each other in Spanish, looks at you and giggles (With all respect that it is me who doesn’t know their language)

Excellent stay! The location is fantastic, rooms were clean, staff were friendly and the breakfast was perfect. The family room was great for traveling with two kids. The best food in BA is right outside the door. Great value, can’t recommend enough.

This hotel was absolutely perfect! Clean rooms, super helpful staff, restaurant downstairs was convenient and delicious! Perfect location too! A little too chill while we were there for the pool, but it looked beautiful as well as their outdoor space. Dry and wet saunas were a plus too! Thanks for a great stay!

We absolutely loved this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful and rooms are immaculate. My guest is vegan and gluten free and their breakfast options gave her plenty to choose from. I really enjoyed the technology in rooms that allowed us to change the lighting ambiance.
