Brilliant hotel with extremely helpful staff!

We booked a river villa and it was an absolutely incredible space - so serene and relaxing, with beautiful stylish furniture, nice amenities and lighting. All the staff were absolutely incredible to us - kind, positive, helpful. It was one of the best five star hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

8/10 Very good

We had a wonderful stay overall. The spa was excellent, the room was beautiful, spacious and perfectly clean, and the swimming pools and surroundings were absolutely stunning. The only disappointing part of our stay was the restaurant, “Le Top”. Unfortunately, the staff were not very welcoming or friendly. The atmosphere felt quite stressful, and the service was not as warm or attentive as we would expect from a 5-star hotel. Apart from the experience at the restaurant, everything was excellent and we truly enjoyed our stay. The setting, facilities and room were all outstanding. We would simply hope for a more pleasant and professional service at the restaurant in the future.

Beautiful property with many facilities. It was extremely relaxing and lovely. I suspect this may be the finest property in Tenerife.

Spacious, comfortable villa. Friendly staff. Secluded/private villa. Good breakfast. Quite far from anything, so you ideally need a car or use taxis. Even the nearest beach is a 30 min walk down a steep hill (and a 40 mins walk back up a steep hill!). Good parking though. Overall, very nice.

Fantastic hotel and team

Exceptional from start to end. The hotel itself is stunning, has a real feel of luxury yet in a very relaxing and chilled out setting. The staff are all extremely friendly and welcoming and the villas are beautifully furnished and a great size. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough.

Fabulous stay. Luxurious and totally chill resort. Quiet. Private. Friendly and professional service. Outstanding mountain view from the top level Infiniti pool. Immaculate landscaping throughout the resort. Large and nicely decorated villas. Food ok but could be improved.

Royal River is a real treat. Beautiful villas and excellent service from all the staff. Very private. La Caleta is (steep) downhill walk to additional restaurants. Taxis are fairly easy to come by for your return if you don’t fancy the walk back (approx€5)

This could easily be the nicest hotel I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. We stayed in their sister hotel, Royal Gardens, two years ago and were allowed to use the facilities here. Ever since then, I’ve wanted to come back and stay, and it didn’t disappoint. The whole ambience is the biggest selling point, so peaceful and green with incredible facilities. The river villas with swim up private pool are excellent. Staff were very friendly, great food options and plenty of space around the two pools so it never feels crowded

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and I couldn't have made a better choice to surprise her with. From the service, far, above and beyond my expectations to the sheer beauty of the hotel itself, the unique setup of the villa's which are perfectly adorned and decorated very romantically, the private pool that connects to the river is so unique and it was one of our favourite parts. The restaurants and the food in general was incredible, very high-end and LUXURIOUS, that was the overall feeling. The value of the entire stay was once again above and beyond what I had ever expected. The hotel is also perfectly located, close to all of the major attractions but secluded enough to feel exclusive. Can't thank the staff enough for making our stay feel special.
