A lovely two night stay at this small hotel situated in a quaint village incorporating a cookery school .
Our bed was very comfortable, lots of pillows and our room has a sofa.
Staff were very friendly and helpful , room clean with most amenities you might expect. I have given this 4 stars and not 5 only due to the terrible wi-fi that was unusable even for basic emails and no phone data signal (EE)
Breakfast was nice , hot and promptly served.
Being picky we are both vegetarians and the one soya based sausage replacement for the sausage and bacon others got was not nice. Just a suggestion ..but perhaps more thought should go into the vegetarian alternative? A fritter or halloumi or perhaps greens ? Oh and still being picky the fruit salad and yoghurt might contain other fruit than melon , pineapple and apple. Most places would offer some berries a bit bland otherwise.
To sum up our stay was lovely , It was quiet , clean , friendly and to be recommended.
Not everyone would see WiFi as important as this hotel attracts many customers for its wonderful evening dining experience.
