Beautiful Hotel.
But be aware of the noise from the pool party on the 5 floor.
Rooms are beautiful and nice, unfortunately the pool was so cold so we didn’t use it at all.
They said they could heat it, but when we asked for getting it heated, they told us it was not possible.
So if you come in the cold period, save yourself the pool, unless you like cold water. :)

They hadn't viewed the requests before check in so I had to wait an extra 1.5 hours to actually get the room I wanted - with new deck furniture. Overall every interaction while staff was nice, they're let down by their systems. Room service missed things. Breakfast

The hotel was amazing and the staff was great as well. Get free access to the Palm Jumeirah if you need the beach. My stay was very delightful they have everything on the property is you need a club or food.
