It was lovely, the staff are lovely and so helpful. We were on our honeymoon and they left us little brazillian treats in our room with a little card note. The place was always so clean and the staff were very kind and polite. The breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and the coffee was server to your table. Would recommend.

Great location, staff was very helpful. Balcony suite overlooking Copacabana Beach provided gorgeous views. Breakfast buffet offered a variety of hot and cold options with traditional North American, European, and South American options. Pastries, cakes, and breads were delicious. Lovely views and attentive service. Rooftop pool with poolside service was a treat. Dedicated beach space with staff was a nice perk. Beach staff was helpful and attentive, took drink orders, offered to intervene with beach vendors if needed. Spa was being refurbished, but massage service was still available with a comfortable set up in a guest room converted into a small massage area and they accommodated us for a couples massage. Very relaxing! Overall, an excellent stay. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and Brazilian hospitality. The location is unbeatable, right on Copacabana Beach, with breathtaking views of the ocean and easy access to Rio's main attractions. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained, with comfortable beds and stunning sea views. The staff went above and beyond to make every moment special, always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Nice hotel, pleasant helpful staff at check in. Comfy bed, good breakfast, nice pool area with great views. My only issue was the windows in our room were so dirty it ruined the amazing view, which was the rooms selling point.
