Nice location. Just renovated. Very nice.

Perfectly located one-minute walk from the shopping and restaurants in Provo. A four-minute walk to Grace Bay Beach. Small 24-room hotel with all rooms overlooking the pool. You get to say "hi" to familiar faces rather than trying to elbow them out of the way rushing for the buffet at an all-inclusive resort. We watched New Years Eve fireworks from our balcony and front door! Attentive, friendly staff. Sign us up for a return stay!

The hotel is in great shape as everything is new, and works, including the wifi. Rooms have balconies overlooking the small swimming pool. No breakfast (or coffee/tea making equipment in room), but guests are given $10 coupons which can be used at two very near cafes. The location is so convenient - its is less than five minutes to Grace Bay beach (the hotel has dedicated deck chars and shades) and to a large supermarket, with restaurants all around. Overall much better value than neighboring hotels.

Our 4 Night stay was good. Every staff member was kind and responsive. We had the basics and when we made requests, They were honored. For example, our room didn’t have a blanket so we asked for one and extra pillows since The ones we Had were So soft we Didn’t feel any support lying in bed. The fridge And safe were not properly installed. It is apparent that the staff are doing their best to bring the property up to specs. The location is phenomenal—minutes from the beach and shopping and food. We didn’t leave the area during our stay but If we had our own transport, we might take a drive around. The vouchers for breakfast were A nice touch and helped make the bare basics of the amenities more palatable. The hotel could be improved by having more toiletries, better pillows/bed linens, phone, blankets, coffee maker, an iron, and complimentary water.

Parents & sister of new owner were wonderful and professional. Their new manager, is a lovely local lady, and a wealth of information. This is a little gem in a great location. Walk to many terrific restaurants within reach. The snorkeling trip was so much fun with the guides showing how removal of conch is done, after diving for them then cerviche served up to all with rum punch!!! Bess & Frank are overseeing some additional renovations and landscaping that will be finished soon and they welcome your thoughts. An affordable, adorable hotel that we will refer our friends to. Great location, great and friendly service!

Tess was amazing! She was very hospitable and made sure our short stay was worthwhile. Originally my friend and I were supposed to arrive Friday afternoon. However, due to a flight hiccup, we arrived later that night. They were very understanding. Once we arrived, even though it was late, she was very helpful! She provided us with a map and very good recommendations. Also that morning, she provided us with a breakfast coupon at a local restaurant. We had a blast! They were doing obvious renovations, but our room was very accommodating; equipped with wifi and cable! Grace Bay is right in the tourist area. We did not have to use a taxi during our trip because all we needed was right on the strip (food, drink, sports bar, and the beach which was a 3 minute walk). The price was very affordable as well! I just hate to see this gem increase once renovations are done because it truly gives off a mom/pop feel! Wonderful, helpful host(s)!

The hotel is renovated and furniture is new in all rooms . Pool is nice. Breakfast is good in both locations. Cleaning need to be improved but the lady who cleaned our room was very good and nice . The new owner is taking care improving all . We were almost to say it was fantastic if during our last day , we were not put out from our room at 11 ( check out time ) . At arrival we were waiting 4h to check in ( 15:30 ) and we asked for late check out till 11:45-12:00 . I.m a VIP Silver Member in hotels.com and i can have late check out . The lady at reception said it’s ok till 12:00 and that she will make a note but the owner said she didn’t’. So at 11:00 , another lady from reception ,came to our room and started to shout to get out the room ;later on, the Mom of the owner said same and that she didn’t see any note so they put us out in a very rude way! Also at check in i gave a note with my company details for the invoice but at check out they didn’t Find it and again i needed to “ flight “with the Mom of the owner in order to give an invoice . We left with a very bad feeling ! Our super Holidays were ended in a very bad mood ! The Mom of the owner made us feel ,that as long as we leave the hotel , they don’t need to treat us good anymore !
