My room was clean and everything worked well. The location was very convenient to the center. Although no cars are permitted in the area, the walk was very short. The front staff were very helpful and informative. One staff member even agreed to return a key to my hotel in Mostar. She went out of her way to help. Much appreciated.

Lovely hotel, nice staff, good shower and decent WiFi. Really good location, in the centre but not too noisy. Non smoking, kettle in the room with fruit tea and coffee. We didn’t try the breakfast. Only thing we found odd is they don’t let you bring any food in from outside, which we’ve not experienced in a hotel before. It’s not clear if it’s just takeaway food, or includes crisps and things.

Great hotel located in city center, everything was excelent. Super clean, large room great for kids, picked the suite, two bathrooms 2 min walk to downtown, loved the location, breakfast was amazing, almost like 5 stars hotel. Staff was nice and very helpful. Was there only for 1 night since I had a flight to catch but I really enjoyed the stay. Shopping, bars and restaurants were very close, walking distance. Highly recommend it

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at the hotel. What truly made the experience exceptional was the fantastic staff. Everyone we met was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The service was outstanding, and the staff's dedication and positive attitude played a major role in making our stay so enjoyable. The hotel also has an excellent location, with easy access to everything and convenient transportation options nearby. The breakfast was very good, offering a nice selection including eggs, bacon, yoghurt, coffee and tea. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel. We would be happy to return and stay here again!
