Great location but a but tired

Our room was sooo hot and ventilation useless. The toilet broke and we were moved to another room which was lovely and cool though. Other reviews about water temperature are spot on. Please dont advertise as having parking available as we had to pay £40 per day for motorbike parking in qpark opposite. Condition is a bit tired in places and walls are thin so noise an issue with neighbour. Great location though to be fair and staff were helpful enough.

Good location - close to Central train station, Tivoli, and Stroget. Wonderful breakfast buffet with variety of hot foods and delicious bread. Room was nice sized but was a little chilly. Room service is only on request.

”Presidential Suite” gives you expectations, right? Worn, run down, smells a bit from the bathroom, dented details, cables cut off and left, shower not functioning properly… But sure, it had beds for the 3 of us….

Wonderful location. Really spacious suite room. Our daughter was still in the bedroom area but she had her own area and she preferred this. Staff friendly. I liked the requirement of booking breakfast & housekeeping. Seems very efficient. Points others have raised that we didn't have issue with: Noise: we were in the busiest central square. We did have an inside view from our room but the 'noise' didn't bother us at all. We were there on a really hot weekend & the room air cooling was sufficient. The breakfast was authentic and even though it was busy, didn't feel crowded. Points I would raise: No usb points in room and a double socket wasn't working in the bedroom (reported) which meant we had to charge our phones in a separate area. I don't know why some hotels don't provide water for the room. A bottle in the fridge on arrival would be most welcome. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

This hotel was excellent all around and the location was ideal for practicality (close to Main Train Station) and for walking to numerous tourist sites. One minor problem was that outlets for electronic devices were limited and situated in odd places (closet, next to front door). There were convenient outlets in bathroom and work desk. Otherwise, the hitel was great and we recommend it with enthusiasm.

Good hotel and location, but noisy

This was a good hotel and a good location. Every single staff member we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful! The breakfast was excellent with plenty of food and drink options...and free. The only complaint I have…and it's a significant one…is the amount of noise you hear from other guests above and next to your room. It's incredibly disturbing. There's obviously nothing that the hotel can do about it. But, just be aware that is an issue. Bring it a White Noise machine.

Perfekt läge mitt i centrum med gångavstånd till mycket. Men hotellet är högst mediokert och i behov av uppfräschning. Borde på sin höjd vara 3-stjärnigt sett till standard på rum. Vi bodde i ett superiorrum. Bortsett från att det kanske var lite större än ett vanligt rum så var det inget extra. Stolen vid skrivbordet hade hål på armstöden, fåtöljen hade flera fläckar på sitsen och lösa sladdar vid handdukstorken är bara några av bristerna.
