Great space and even better staff. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable, and the contemporary, welcoming lounge is a great place to relax. Really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again when I’m in Ithaca.

6/10 Good

I was there for one day. Staff are friendly and helpful except in restaurant. There is a sign in the restaurant to wait to be seated. After waiting much longer than normal for two meals, we had to walk around the restaurant trying to get any staff member to seat us. They clearly are understaffed. Then after being seated for dinner, we were told there was no food service for another 45 minutes. There should have been a sign saying so. We bought ice cream from the front desk that was crystallized, not nice. Room was clean and nice with comfortable beds.

8/10 Very good

Staff was super friendly & helpful regarding the area and what to do, where to eat, where to park. Room was pretty clean, only slight downside is that the shower drain was SO loud and I couldn't quite get the shower to turn completely off. It would slightly leak but not a big deal at all
