Even though they were starting renovations, the facilities were well maintained. The staff was excellent and gave out abundant water to keep everyone hydrated during the very hot time of the year. I would stay again.

4/10 Fair

This is normally a wonderful resort to stay at. I have stayed several times in the past with my family and we enjoy the grand lobby area with beautiful seating and views and the convenient coffee shop where we could grab breakfast and a great drink. However I came to find when we arrived that all that was closed for construction now, which put a damper on our enjoyment of the resort. We ended up spending most of our time away from the resort instead of there. The staff only kept repeating that it tells you in tiny font when you book, which is poor costumer service at best, but it absolutely did not say anywhere on hotels.com where I booked. The room was nice, and we enjoyed the pool and lazy river, although that is where they should be doing the construction as many tiles have fallen off.
