All ok in general, upgraded to a better room, quite good and spacious. Stayed two nights. Was surprised to realize the room was not cleaned after the first night. Not a big problem but at least some new towels and tuck up the bed, hey...! The rest ok, friendly staff, safe place. Upraded after my last visit some years ago. No other complaints, recommended as a good place to stay in Riga.

The staff were all excellent reception. The Gym facilities were great. The Alicantra storm was very good and the stuff were absolutely brilliant apart from the room which I think that should’ve been cleaned every day which they didn’t bother to do so insufficient on water supply but overall I’m still rated five star

The staff was very friendly and the room was cozy, clean and nice - except for the temperature. The air con was not working, so it was like trying to sleep in a sauna. I got a fan from the staff, but not really helping… Luckily the nights were a bit colder so when opening a window could get few hours of sleep. Would not recommend during a heat wave! 😅

Nice hotel overall. It is in an older building but the view across the river are nice and it was good value considering we had access to the spa/pool. If you happen to stay on the Riverside, you have great views of the city the buffet breakfast in the morning is outstanding probably the best buffet breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel easily walkable to get into downtown Riga or you can take the shuttle across the bridge 10 to 15 minute walk or a five minute shuttle ride Great place to stay if you’re Riga

Amazing, recently renovated room with a beautiful view of Riga Old Town and very friendly staff. Breakfast could be improved - it felt disorganized, with queues for coffee, empty food trays and a limited selection. Also, additional parking charges weren’t clearly communicated.
