The hotel and staff were lovely. Breakfast is until midday which is good for those who like a lay in. The only complaint I have is that our king-size bed had two single duvets instead of a king-size duvet which was impractical. I went to reception and asked for a duvet to fit the whole bed but housekeeping didn't come to change it for the two nights we were there.

Loved the wash items - soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. Really good buffet breakfast with great hot and cold selection and served for a long period of time to suit guests with leisure and work requirments. Would definitely recommend and will stay again when next in Hamburg.

We didn't eat in the restaurant because there are plenty of options locally, including breakfast bakeries. The service in the lobby area (Emil's) was good and the choice of refreshments was good; prices reflected the ambience, cosy and plenty of seating. The room was excellent. The air conditioning was easily adjustable, and the bathroom facilities were ideal.

Lovely breakfast and really good beds. Clean and a nice sauna. The front desk service with 24/h service was Ok. They did not answer by phone after 23 so had to meet up in night wear to ask what time breakfast was. Missed a minibar in the room and some information like what time the breakfast is and so on. Very sentral so that was nice.
