Very classy hotel and extremely good service. Coincidentally my parents stay here for their honeymoon in 1960. It’s been beautifully updated, but still has a very French history and charm to it. Also has a great view of the lake. Very peaceful place to stay coming from Saigon.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The gardens were beautifully maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere, and the decoration throughout the hotel was welcoming. The staff were exceptionally nice and very professional, always ready to help with a smile.
We had an early morning flight and requested a special breakfast box to take with us. The hotel was fantastic in accommodating our request—the breakfast was prepared on time and included a delicious selection. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

This is a beautiful, ornate, first-class hotel. The room furnishings are high quality. The service is also high quality. It's about a 5-minute walk to the lake and seven minutes to the night market.

The hotel is on top of the hill with a wonderful view of Xuân Huong lake. The property has lush greenery with flowers in bloom! Excellent breakfast buffet and afternoon tea! The room was very spacious with balcony! Our room was a little noisy and so they gave us a complimentary upgrade! We stayed here for 5 nights and looking forward to stay here again on our next trip!

The suite is large and the view is gorgeous. The staff is very attentive and courteous. Food buffet needs more selection. Tea time service needs to be more attentive. Front desk needs to carry small changes in case customers need money for tips. Over all it’s a very unique antique hotel. Make you feel like a king for a day
