I am really satisfied with my experience at this hotel. In every way, I think I made the right choice choosing this hotel in Hamburg. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and I really liked the level of service. I also really appreciated the complimentary water service in the hotel lobby. Next time I come to Hamburg, I plan to stay here again.

This was a great hotel and we all found the experience very comfortable and relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and were able to accommodate us with a slightly early check in. We stayed in the studio rooms and found them very spacious. We didn’t have the breakfast so we can’t comment on that, but we were very keen on their ‘green’ approach to housekeeping where they rewarded people who didn’t have their room cleaned on any given day with free drinks from their bar. The gym was small but really practical and had what we needed (treadmill, exercise bike, rowing machine and free weights). The little rooftop terrace was quite cute too. Overall, we would definitely recommend this and will stay again.

Nice hotel in a great location from which to explore the city. Close to the underground and being right opposite the winter fair when we stayed was an added bonus.

8/10 Very good

This was a nice hotel located conveniently with parking. It is right across the street from a fun fair (amusement park/carnival) that was aglow. The room was clean and comfortable.

A hidden gem which is centrally located for shopping, sightseeing etc.

Great location. Wonderful staff. Parking was useful even with a car measuring 1,93 meters high. Rooms are big but a lot of wasted space and slightly odd planning. Otherwise no complaints.

Modern, clean, spacious, great central location. But the best part of this hotel was the staff, very friendly, helpful and pleasant, and it was genuine. Very happy with our stay here.

Staff was nice. Good breakfast. Room was nice and clean. Serving free drink from the bar in return of choosing green/no room cleaning during the stay was lovely idea.

The Hotel was conveniently located between the U3 and U2 U-Bahn lines, the room was very clean, and the staff very efficient. By declining house keeping, a voucher is left to claim a drink at the bar, which was very useful.

The USP for this hotel is the room space, it is like an apartment inside with well maintained stylish furnishings. The room has great amenities and is good value for money. I make a point of staying here whenever I visit Hamburg, its that good.

Clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. My only complaint is that the rooms looked larger online (including a sofa and a larger bathroom). The superior room was a bit tight for 2 people for 5 nights. Otherwise, it was an excellent option in Hamburg.
