The hotel was located in a great area with easy access to everything. The hotel was beautiful and our view of the river and the castle were outstanding. But the real star of the show was the staff and the hotel Manager/President- Petra. Petra went out of her way to ensure our stay was above and beyond. She worked through an issue for us without hesitation. And the front desk staff was the best I have seen--always helpful and friendly. I would recommend you stay at this hotel for the location and the views but truly you should go for the exemplary staff and manager!

The room was lovely, bright and good air con. The issues we had was the window wouldn't open, top of the bed was dusty, shower head worked on one setting only. The door handle separating from the main hall fell off too. The spa had good facilities, would recommend the massage options, however the spa staff wedged open the main changing room doors this allowed people to enter with outside clothing to the pool area, many arrived with glass bottles too. Staff in the main hotel are very nice,. friendly and recommend places in the city to eat and see.

Great hotel, nice room and fantastic staff. We chose Deluxe double room (Terrace - Castle view), but the terrace was really bad. Big, but more of an concrete area. It's hard to understand that a hotel of this rank doesn't make the most of the nice opportunity to have a terrace.

Had a wonderful stay here! The room felt spacious, fresh and modern and it was great to have a fridge and window seat. Lighting throughout was also great. The room was huge, gorgeous and spotless. Beds comfy. Shower hot and powerful. The views over the city were lovely and enjoyed with a good coffee sat in the window seat. We loved every minute . The spa was fantastic - so relaxing. Staff were great and the hotel was very accommodating to special requests. The reception is staffed 24/7. We felt very safe and welcome. Piano music was playing when we first arrived which was just lovely.

Our room was clean and comfortable with a gorgeous river view and window seat. We loved the breakfast and the bar. The location was great. Shower water pressure excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. An unexpected bonus: thermostats in the room that could be turned up, down, or off. We left ours off the entire stay (in February) because we like a cool room. We've had bad past experiences with rooms very hot and no control over them. Thank you for that!!!!! It made us very happy.

I chose this hotel for the location and the Spa / Pool and I was very happy with it in both of these areas. The staff were very attentive, the hotel was very clean and felt very luxurious, The surrounding area was very pretty and the views from the room were good. The only complaint I would have is that I didn’t sleep well, I’ve never understood the European thing of having two single duvets on a double bed, it’s really annoying. Also the curtains didn’t cover her the entire window and so I was woken up as soon as the sun came up. A poor nights sleep would be my only complaint about this hotel

A real gem of a find. Right next to the river and a 15 minute walk to the Old town. We walked to the castle too from this location and across to Wenceslas Square. Nearest metro was a 10 minute walk. Tr stop at the side of the hotel - goes to the zoo. The staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful. I called reception for an ironing board which arrived five minutes later. Breakfast had a good selection, varied choice and was well cooked. Worth paying for. We had a junior suite as it was a very good price. Very large room and a bathroom with a bath and two showers. Double sink also. The sitting area is window seats overlooking the city or river. They were actually very comfy and nice to watch the world go by. The room was extremely clean and had a coffee machine and free mini bar that was replaced each day. Only negative (if I had to find one) was a slight rip in the curtain of the room but that can only be seen when you draw the curtain. It’s a lovely hotel and we will definitely use again if we come to Prague again. Good value for money.
