The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Turkish breakfast layout was absolutely incredible and included with our stay. The hot air balloons were also flying directly over our hotel on the second day and very nearby on our first day so we had some amazing views without having to go anywhere. Excellent pricing and highly recommended!

We had reserved a superior room instead of the deluxe room we had booked. They did not admit their mistake.The hotel is very noisy and the room smells from the sink.
