Housekeeping robs you!

We left at 4:30 am, realized we left a backpack and phone on the counter. We called to tell them we were on our way but only found the phone stuffed in a chair, backpack with valuables was gone.

I felt Robbed (Outdated Hotel)

Outdated room overall, from furniture to fixtures. Dirty carpet all around, parking lot overall looks abandoned and dirty. No available towels at the pool area. House keeping entered my room around 9am to attempt to clean. No offense but your front desk staff needs training on real hospitality. From language, to smiles, proactive habits, etc. frankly I felt robbed with the price I paid vs the value I received. I still never stay there again.

Hotel needs updating. Paint is chipped in many places; in elevators, walls leading to rooms, inside room. There was no hot water when we wanted to take a bath a night, room service was called and maintenance did arrive within 5 minutes. Maintenance checked it, left and came back and it worked. He said they turn it off shut off valve when the rooms are not being occupied. In the morning the hot water took a while to kick in as well. It was a double bed room, blanket on one bed was a little stained. It was late when we saw it so we just did not use it. When we arrived there was some sort of an event going on in front of our room so we were not able to use the pool or hot tub right in front of our room. We decided to use the one close to the office with no hot tub. We also could not use our front chairs/table because of the event. If front office knew an event was being held there and there was capacity we should have been placed in another section. The hotel did not seem fully booked. Overall I would not stay there again. The aesthetic is beautiful but it needs major updating.

I took a nap before dinner and woke up to a complete stranger in my room and she actually had been given a key by the front desk because she claimed to know the person in the room. Turns out she was a prostitute. I thought this was a better place. Will not be returning
