"Property was close to all tourist hot spots. Minutes walk to markets and lake. Staff were super friendly, remembered guests names and their activities, and were always happy and willing to assist with any queries. Special thanks to Ann and Cindy ❤️ Room was exceptionally clean. Roof top bar was awesome and a great place to sit at the end of the day and enjoy the views. Staff there were fabulous and friendly. Would highly recommend this Hotel if you are in Hanoi."

"Comfortable stay, clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was good and location was also decent. No gym or swimming pool so if you want that then you would need to go to their sister hotel called Grand Du Lac Hotel which is better but is also a bit pricier. The staff had issues with the hotel room card but this was sorted out fairly promptly. Given that we were doing day trips and would be out most of the day this felt like a sensible option and it was."
