Upon first entry, the hotel seemed very clean. The shower is a bit small. Incredibly disappointing was that the toilet stopped working! It wouldn’t even turn over to flush. When I picked up the phone to dial 0, nothing happened. So the phone was broken and the phone cradle was so dirty. We walked downstairs to tell the front desk what was happening. The man was very nice and put in a request to have it fixed. After an hour, we decided to go ahead and check out early. The complementary beverages and snacks were disappointing. Two bags of chips, three sodas, and two water bottles. The valet men were so nice. Overall, the location was perfect and the staff were nice, but for $$$$$$, I expect a working toilet and phone. Not worth the money and we won’t be back.
