Fantastic Heritage style hotel. Very spacious rooms and great bathrooms. Great breakfast. Staff were amazing. My only complaint would be the upkeep of the equipment in the gym. The treadmill is dangerous, the belt slips and the power cut out after 10 minutes. This however did not spoil my stay and I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Ok so here’s my take on this place. Super duper excellent staff that goes above and beyond. The hotel itself has maintained its old school interior and design and somehow its pristine clean, but it is not modern so if you go there expecting all the new age whistles this place might not be for you. But, if you’re looking for old school design and charm and excellent service then this is your place. I see this hotel as a 4 star and I for the love of me don’t understand the 5 stars. No way for 5 but definitely a solid 4.

This is my favourite hotel in Delhi- it’s a little bit out of the way, but it’s set in a lush garden, with a beautiful swimming pool. The rooms are tastefully furnished, generous in size and comfortable. Great staff on top of all this.

Our stay was brilliant. The kitchen staff were very helpful and took very good care of my son who suffers from a severe nuts allergy. The rooms were maintained and kept well. Such a great hotel in the middle of a bustling city. It is a peaceful oasis that has literally everything that you need and even more. A really nice surprise, possibly the best service I have ever experienced at any hotel before. It will be difficult to stay anywhere else in Delhi and it will be the new benchmark to compare other hotels too. Everyone knows you name, nothing is too much trouble and the rooms are huge which means it's a great base of you are staying a little longer. Location is convenient for most attractions.
