The location of the hotel was excellent. Located in the city centre, it was walking distance to a bunch of shops, restaurants, cafes, and historic sites. It was also very close to the train station. Upon checkin, they provided us with the travel pass for the city, which meant that we were able to take advantage of the public transportation system. The staff were extremely courteous and friendly. The rooms were extremely clean and well organized. The breakfast had a wonderful variety. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay there again when we go back.

Large and comfortable room.
The room was larger than most we'd had in Switzerland and had a lot of charm. The air conditioner had not been turned on as yet so a fan was supplied. The breakfast was nice. The hotel was very good about providing directions from to the property from the train.
