Lovley hotel, very comfortable bed and stylish rooms. Even a complementary bottle of prosecco on arrival. The only downfall which isnt even the hotels fault is the noise of the trams outside. If you aren't used to noise at night they can be disruptive which is a shame as its a great hotel.

Dark, modern, spacious and comfortable room. The bathroom was spacious, but the shower cubicle was tiny. Welcome bottle of bubbly a nice touch and free juice and soft drinks in the mini fridge. Included Breakfast was excellent. Lots of delicious continental buffet options then you can also order a cooked item such as omelette etc if you want! . Great Italian restaurant and bar on site. Quite well-located, about 20 minute walk to the gorgeous Old Town Market Square, a train station next door and a cheap Uber ride from main station. Recommend.

A fantastic location with easy access to the City, 5 minute walk to the square, 10 minutes to the Jewish Quarter or Castle. Staff very helpful, great Breakfast, fantastic value for money. Only downside... Rooms are great but lack storage if you're staying for a few days and like to unpack. That said, they will deliver extra furniture to your room if required (seriously). We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The staff were great and the rooms were stocked with whatever you need (all included in the stay). However for me, my room was right on the corner of the building and the screeching from the tram on the street outside was so loud all night. Added to this the mattress was sagging, making for a bad night's sleep. The sauna is good but small. A water cooler and fresh towels are needed in the space. Also need to sort the gap at the top of the door as it lets all the heat out.

Just to be clear the hotel doesnt have a spa or at least what i would define as a spa. There is a sauna you can book for private use, a roof top jacuzzi and a private hot tub on the roof of the top floor suite. The room we stayed at has seen a little wear and tear (e.g. peeling wallpaper) but was otherwise perfectly fine. Soft drinks in the bar were replenished daily free of charge and the 24hour restaurant serves fantastic food. Service was second to none

Fabulous hotel in great location. Rooms were incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was great too. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially Beata on reception. Plenty of variety plus hot food that can be freshly prepared. Hot tub on the roof was a bonus to rest your achy joints after a day's walking. Would definitely recommend.

We booked to stay here because of the location, only a 2 min walk from the train station and approx 10 mins walk to the main square. The hotel exceeded our expectations in almost every area. The rooms are clean, spacious and modern. The TV has Chromecast which makes it easy to stream content from your phone or tablet which is something that so many hotels lack but enhances a stay for very little extra cost. There is a mini fridge that contains water and soft drinks that are free and is restocked daily. Breakfast is a mix of a buffet and cooked to order, all of which is a high standard. There is a sauna and hot tub available for no extra cost but we did not use these. In summary... Clean, modern, fantastic location. Would absolutely stay here again
