Good room but heard outside noise which was intrusive at times. The restaurant had too few options but staff were excellent. Not in best area of Brussels and suggest that anyone staying avoids the walk to Nord station unless they’re buying drugs or prostitutes

Superb 4* hotel. I imagine it’s a converted office building - and the design is bright, colorful and modern. Nice bar, great breakfast (and funky breakfast room), on point, quick staff who really know what they’re doing, trams outside the door, safe neighborhood close to the museum district (but not in it, so it doesn’t feel touristy - no damn overblown chocolate shops nearby at all, thank God!) and best of all, huge, comfortable rooms. The huge room length desks facing the window are just amazing. I will be back.

My only annoyance was that I left the "do not change the towels" message on the door, and this apparently means "don't touch the room at all" - no bed service, no refills for coffee capsules. Booked the Family XL room for me and my 2 x teenage daughters, probably the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in any hotel! Large spacious rooms, only gripe was the AC wasn’t enough to cool the room, called reception and they sent up not 1 but 2 x Fans which helped a lot. Helpful staff, No English channels on the large TV!! We didn’t really eat at the hotel restaurant so can’t comment. Location is ok and approx. 10 walk from most shops and restaurants.

This place is set in a beautiful part of Brussels. If you walk a few minutes to Rue de congrés there's a lovely open vibrant square with bars and restaurants. It's a short walk to the Brussels Nord train station that will take you direct to Bruges or Ghant. The hotels has spectacular views, we were on the 8th floor so we could see Atonium and views across the city. We travelled as two adults and a young child. When we initially got into the room there was only a super king bed. I'm not sure if they expected our child to sleep with us but we phoned reception to query this and someone arrived to set up a separate bed within minutes. Highly recommended and wouldn't hesitate to book here again if we were to ever return.
