Disappointing stay
Our family reserved two rooms over the Thanksgiving holiday. We were repeat customers, and we knew to ask for a room not facing the highway because those rooms are too noisy. The hotel still gave us a room on the noisy side. On the first evening an alarm repeatedly went off in our room -- we waited an hour but no staff came to assist us. Eventually we had to move to another room. Two nights later, the fire alarm sounded at 1:00 a.m., rousing all the guests out of bed. It was a false alarm. The alarm went off again at 10:00 the next morning. We will not be staying at this La Quinta again.

The stay was good. Elevator was a little scary. The small store barely had anything in it. Needs to be stocked.
