Hotel has been updated and is nice. Staff is great. The hotel in located downtown with stores and restaurants all immediately in the area. Most Billings hotels are not like this so this is a great feature.

Character hotel. Staff was absolutely amazing. Both restaurants were good. No pool or hot tub unfortunately. And my fiance had misplaced her engagement ring in the room, and while we looked for it we found a condom wrapper behind the nightstand. Other than that stay was great.

Hotel is amazing, not our first time staying there, front desk staff is more than accommodating and the location is great for downtown access. Unfortunately we had a room with views of the street, and the noise level on the lower floors made it diff to get a quality night of sleep.
