Got an upgrade to a room with a loft where the bed was, and also had a balcony. A bit different look, design and feeling compare the more commonly modern sterile hotels. I liked it a lot. Very good bed, ac, shower and internet. Friendly staff. Friendly

Fantastic stay at La Siesta Hang Be. From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel welcome and looked after, even providing a useful whatsapp interactive map to help guide us through the area. The hotel is in a great location in the Old Quarter in easy walking distance to many of the sights. The hotel is beautiful with comfortable rooms, a fabulous spa and super roof top bar which offers an amazing location to chat about the days activities. Would love to go back!

Unbelievably helpful staff. Their culture is better than Ritz Carlton training standards. It is the type that cannot be taught but is a targeted behaviour type.this is before I have even mentioned the property. Very good quality. Cannot recommend this place enough

The staff were extremely professional and helpful. Our rooms were clean and beautiful. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good, the wait staff were excellent. The location is in a central area with many restaurants. Keep in mind it is in a bustling area with city noises. I loved people watching from the balcony. My family of five loved our stay.

A lovely comfortable stay. Linh and the staff were so kind and helpful. Great communication with us, arranging transport from the airport. Restaurant tasting menu a delight and location was perfect as right in the centre of the Old Quarter, perfect for exploring the area. Linh gave us lots of information to help us enjoy our stay and the Sky Bar happy hour was enjoyed immensely with a fantastic view of the city. Thank you 🙏

Really the best hotel to spend a night or two in Hanoi. Ruby was the best help and also arrangere transfer to/from airport and was so helpful om whats App. The breakfast was amazing and the room - we had a junior suite - was spacius, clean and just so nice

My only recommendation if you’re looking at booking this property and are a larger individual is to upgrade to a mini suite as the deluxe room bathroom is very tight where the toilet is located. Otherwise the hotel is very nice, excellent staff and the location is very good. Breakfast buffet was adequate, roof top bar is a nice escape after a long day. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Hanoi.
