We had a fantastic stay in Florence. Great room with a private roof terrace. Staff was very helpful and service minded. We especially enjoyed the complimentary aperitivo! Will definitely stay here again!

This hotel itself was absolutely beautiful. Probably wasn’t the best choice for having kids. We didn’t know we had to book the breakfast ahead of time. There was a communication issue. It just seemed like every time I ask for something I was inconveniencing them. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, clean.
