Lovely hotel in an extremely walkable area, a block from the center of Florence. Beautiful art in rooms, and especially loved morning coffee on the terrace. Evening apertivo was also appreciated. Will definitely return!

Incredible location in Florence. We visited a number of places in Italy on our trip, and Florence was an absolute highlight, we could have spent a week here. The hotel was divine, convenient location, beautifully modern, comfortable, and the staff were absolutely lovely! Not enough they could do for you. So many nice extras too that were very thoughtful, coffee whilst we waited for check in, happy hour drink, etc. The spa shower was also great. And the view from the room was lovely onto the dome. We will definitely come back! Thank you so much all.

8/10 Very good

Room was clean, bed comfortable, dome view delivered. Staff lovely especially the kind lady who checked us in. Great location if you’re seeking to be close to the action - everything is walkable. We didn’t use the amenities - terrace or breakfast so can’t comment, but extra blankets and pillows in the room were welcome. Shower was great, and the hotel provided excellent bathing liquids. Nice skylight, good AC, slightly difficult to find our way in but we didn’t read the supplied instructions, and loved the creaky door. Coffee was easy to make and well supplied, water in the room when we arrived. Would stay again and hope to return to Florence.

Funky hotel in very central location with a nice bar. We were upgraded to a deluxe dome view room with terrace which had a lovely aspect down to a green courtyard and the terrace was a good size. Only comment would be there was no decaf coffee option in the room and the breakfast was on the expensive side based on the options available. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
