Family weekend.

Pool was closed all weekend in July. It was working but they decided to paint on a weekend. Also, door to bathroom wouldn't close. No hooks anywhere in bath to hang towels. Just little stuff but still.

The room was clean but not in a particularly good condition. I choose them because they were one of two hotels in the area that, according to my search, were supposed to have EV Charging Stations and they did not. They also charged me twice and blamed Hotels.com when I talked to them about it.

Not to standards of other hotels. Stained blankets, burn holes in sheets, run down facility/room. No fruit for breakfast. Very thin blanket compared to nice thick comforters at other hotels. Doors difficult to open, not working. Others guests loud at 1:00 am waking us up, car alarms going off at 2:00 am.

Fun Weekend

We enjoyed our stay. The only thing that is really noticeable is that the carpet is really dirty. There were six adults and we had a fun time. We would stay again. When we needed something, like more towels, we just went to the front and got them. Staff was very pleasant.

We had the worst stay. I don’t think I could recommend NOT staying here enough! The pictures shown are absolutely NOTHING like the property. The unit was filthy & felt unsafe. The gap under the door to outside was about an inch wide. The TV had about 3 channels, even though it says it has premium movie channels on the website. Breakfast was so terrible. I couldn’t even split a bagel in two because it was so hard and old. The pool was closed for all but 5 hours of our stay, for one reason or another. When we tried to leave a night early, there were 4 or 5 other people waiting in line to complain before we finally got our turn. They offered us only $50 because it was after 5pm - even though I can guarantee we were in line by 5pm, but had to wait for all the others to complain in front of us! We just took the loss because we wanted to get out of there so badly. The cops were called as we were leaving because another person claimed the hotel stole some of their belongings. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Getting to the office was weird. Room was definitely not as pictures show. Run down. Rusty hinges, paint coming off the walls, crayon pictures on door, something on the wall behind the bed. Front desk staff was nice. Lobby was cold. Everyone, including staff, had to wear coats.

they keep your id info withnout notice

THEY KEEP COPY OF ID for a whole year. probably to sell your info. very unsecure in a drawer....zero privacy. very risky! they have no good reason to do this at all management lady is kinda rude. she claims its policy of company...not true at all..its THEIR policy. AVOID. awful management

The suites worked well for our groups, plenty of beds but not enough towels! We also had an issue with the key getting into one of the rooms and were told maintenance would be there in the morning but we were leaving early so it didn't matter. The pool was great for the kids and the staff even kept it open a little longer for us since we arrived late which was super nice. We were lacking enough towels but couldn't get more because they were full, so some just didn't shower. Overall it was fine for one night on our way home!
