Wonderful hotel close to the beach and promenade. The hotel is peaceful and relaxed. The staff are amazing all very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is spotlessly clean with well maintained pool areas and gardens. The restaurant was excellent, great choices and something different each night. Breakfast was a pleasure and never felt busy with lots of room to sit either inside or out. Rooms are a good size, I think the rooms on the top floor offer more privacy. We hired a car and travelled around the island, mainly on the east side and found it to be a perfect base. Car parking is secure and we never struggled to park. Car parking is 10 euro per night and definitely worth the additional cost rather than street parking. Sa Coma itself has a long beach and promenade stretching all the way to Cala Millor and Cala Bona but its not the prettiest area, its best to get out and explore if you can force yourself to leave the the oasis of the hotel!

Excellent hotel. Staff were incredibly helpful and polite. The facilities are top class and well maintained. We only had breakfast at the hotel, but it was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Really good options and good quality. If I was to be really picky, I’d say that the pool water was a bit too cold and the music sometimes a bit too loud but that really is nitpicking. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again.

The hotel is very quiet, and the reception staff is very friendly. The food was great with a lot of options; however, the staff in the restaurant didn’t seem to understand English very well. The dining closing time is too early (9 PM). Sometimes it was a bit difficult to find a sunshade by the pool. The room toilet could benefit from a renovation.

We arrived at 10pm to a warm welcome, a complimentary drink and, although the restaurant had closed, food had been put by for us to enjoy (much needed). We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at the hotel. Even though it was early July, the hotel did not appear to be full. There are sufficient sun beds to cater for all guests around a large pool area, which is surrounded by a well maintained beautiful garden. The hotel is most suitable for any guests that may be infirm or struggle with mobility because all the common areas as relatively flat without steps. The accommodation blocks are low rise (ground floor plus two floors) accessible by wide stairwells plus lifts. All of the staff were brilliant - from reception to pool bar / restaurant to the cleaners. Most friendly and helpful. Overall great value for such a lovely hotel. When returning to Majorca in the future, the CM Mallorca Palace will be on our list to stay again.

The hotel was in a very nice location next to the beach and a nature reserve which was great for going on walks. The room was nice and the food was great. We also really enjoyed the fitness classes (yoga and aqua gym) run by Alex - he was a really great animator! He took us on a very fun excursion on the reserve as well. Overall a great trip!
