Was a very pleasant stay our room was clean, tidy and very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Only downside I would say is the communication from staff as we received a call about changing the sheets when we hadn’t asked.

8/10 Very good

Lovely, spacious and clean room. Good breakfast but as typical with buffet breakfasts, food was warm at best. Was a treat dining with some Gladiators though! Lovely pool although do find it strange that any under 18s are restricted to being out by 11am, perhaps the age on this needs reviewed as a teenager is not splashing around the same way an under 10 might be. Parking pricey at £15 for the night.

10/10 Exceptional

Stayed here one night for the Gladiators event at the P&J live. Initially had an issue when checking in with booking; this was rectified shortly after in a way I'd expect from a Hilton property which meant that our stay was not negatively impacted - which was great to see. The room was spotless, the bar was great and breakfast had something for everyone in our party although it wasn't necessarily a huge selection. Although there were many (other) children staying at the time, the room was quiet and we had a peaceful sleep. It is also well linked with buses from either direction and just less than a minutes walk from the P&J live. Didn't try the executive lounge or pool due to the opening times clashing with our event, but hopefully will be back at some point to do so.

8/10 Very good

We booked executive rooms which where quite disappointing, water was 1 bottle poured from a tap and not even refrigerated, there was limited choice of tea bags and not even a biscuit to go with it, food in resturant for dinner was under cooked and had to be sent back, second one wasnt much better, then had bad stomach next day, internet in 1 of the rooms kept cutting out as did TV, for price paid (not cheap) expected much better quality. Beds are comfortable, pillows are great, spa was lovely and staff where exceptional expecially two women on reception. Although we would not return as have stayed in better hotels for less money it is a comfortable hotel and the staff make it.
