Great location on the edge of the old town, close to public transport. Friendly, helpful staff. Romms cleaned every day.

Great location! Right in the middle of everyting - within walking distance of all the sights. Room (Space) was really well laid out and aircondition not bothering your sleep (which happens more than it should).

Amazing location, next to metro and tram stops with beautiful views and being part of the old town is such a plus.

8/10 Very good

We booked for one night at short notice because our flight was cancelled. The room met our requirements and it was very helpful that the hotel also had a restaurant. In the circumstances it provided an excellent service in the centre of Bilbao, with easy travel to and from the airport. I would like to recommend the hotel and thank the staff for their service.

Terrific location for exploring the Ribera Market, the old town and the modern shopping area. Can walk to the Guggenheim in about 25 mins along the river. Staff were very helpful. Underground public parking available about 150 yds away with a hotel discount. Rooms are well appointed but quite small, but public area is lovely. We enjoyed our stay very much.

8/10 Very good

Liked the hotel. Staff were fantastic. Bit disappointed that the rooftop bar wasn’t open (only opens in the late spring through summer) and important to be aware that the hotel, whilst on the edge of the old town, can get some quite noisy people wandering by at all hours of the night

Great hotel by the old town. We booked our stay for 2 nights, room was larger than expected with a city view. However, the only down side with the city view room was the noise from the street late into the night.
