10/10 Exceptional

The most perfect night stay, everything was to an extremely high standard, rooms, amenities, staff and menu/drinks. It was first class at affordable prices. The menu is more suited for lunches but the location is just perfect, you can find many amazing restaurants and bars near by within a few minutes walk. Highly recommended and will definitely visit again.

Very very comfortable, splendid staff and virtually on the centre of town for restaurants which were a trifle disappointing

A very warm welcome, the room was very spacious, large comfortable bed, excellent shower. Ideally located to explore the town. We stopped on route to the ferry, not enough time spent there, we intend to return and next time will will arrive earlier, to allow time to enjoy the swimming pool, sauna, then take in the atmosphere of the old town.

Probably the Best hotel in Vitre

Nice hotel with very friendly staff, god location as well, plenty of restaurants in the area, the only Thing this hotel needs is its own restaurant. I Will for sure book the same hotel, next time i am in Vitre.

Great staff and good hotel

Very good hotel in the old town, close to the train station (no noise though) and the old town. breakfast is correct without being exceptional. The room (suite) was nice and clean. The spa area is pretty small, but it is there. The staff was really nice and helpful, thank you!

A real find

This is a superb hotel across from the train station. Rooms are spotless, the beds are very comfortable and the shower is excellent. Outdoor (terrace) dining is available. Breakfast is extensive and local produce abundant. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Overall, a great experience. The city is a delight and very walkable, though the cobblestones can be hard on the feet.

Great comfortable place to stay

This was a lovely clean modern hotel with a great little pool and sauna area - perfect to relax in. The town is such a nice small but lively place and the hotel is in a great location to explore. Rooms are big and nice. The staff were great and helpful. We charged our electric car overnight in their car park, which was very convenient, although we had an issue unplugging the car the next morning. I'm not sure if it was the car or the charger, but a wonderful staff member spent time with us and called our breakdown service to get us on the road.

Pleasant stay with one significant downside

Everything was fine apart from taking a 110 euro deposit in addition to full payment for the room. This was quite offensive to us and not a pleasant experience. This has never happened before.

Good stay. Ask questions.

Very good stay. Enjoyed the people very much. At the end, however, we were charged an additional 60 euros we didn’t expect for breakfast and parking. We were never told until we paid that it wasn’t already included! We probably wouldn’t have eaten breakfast there had we known! I still don’t know how the extra 60 euros were broken down.
