The shuttle guys, Chris and Steve were great! The rest of the staff was also great and helpful. The pillows in the room, not so much :( Very convenient to the mall and Hazelwoods is a great spot for dinner.

Staff was super helpful. Room was cleaned well but the hall way had a rodent in it. I have stayed at this hotel several times and will again. I think it was just an unfortunate happening.

6/10 Good

Nice staff. The manager let us check in early at 2pm which was nice due to exhausted kids. The hotel is a bit run down from the look of the furniture in the lobby and rooms but it was clean. Pool was nice.

6/10 Good

It was an average experience. Comfortable beds and a hot shower. The pool is cold (maybe 67), the hot tubs have been sealed, front desk could have been more proactive asking about digital keys and parking passes to avoid multiple trips to the front desk, in room hvac is very audible going on and off all night.
