6/10 Good

Powerpoint in the bathroom and exhaust fan in the toilet was not working, notified reception, 1 of 2 issues resolved. Central Control unit for Air Conditioning was not working to lower the the temperature from low to high, very annoying constantly turning the unit off as it got too cold. Breakfast was very average for a 5 star hotel ,was not impressed. Staff service was above average and very friendly. I would have second thoughts to stay again.
