This was a perfect place to stay in Berlin. Near busses, undergrounds and S-bahn. We stayed only 4 days in Berlin, and that is too short for such a large city. The people at the hotel was so friendly and helpsom. The breakfast was really nice, but must be ordered the day before, orelse it will be quite expensive. The pool was not open because of renovations, so it will be exiting to see the results. We will absolutely stay there again the next time. :-)

The staff was excellent. The lady at the check-in was super helpful with get us to the hop on and off bus, umbrellas, fans for the room, etc. The bartender in the lobby was great. He gave us a restaurant recommendation that turned out to be the best German restaurant I’ve eaten at in Berlin. Small back street place. Dicke Wirtin.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel with 2 teenagers. They appreciated the spa and comfortable beds. Hotel was very tidy and well kept. Location perfect. Staff was very nice and attentive and all of our requests were responded quickly and kindly. Only negative thing was that one of two saunas was supposed to be a Finnish sauna but had no stove, so definitely not a Finnish sauna 😅

We stayed in King Grand, spacious enough to stay with the kid. The breakfast area can be crowded during the weekends but the staff and the restaurant manager navigates it very well. Location is great.

8/10 Very good

Great location, easy access to subway lines and a taxi stop right in front of hotel. The property has character, good conveniences. A covered swimming pool is a plus, together with the sauna area which is in need of urgent refurbishment. Bathroom amenities could be better - just an all in one body/shampoo/conditioner product is never the best option for hair and skin, in my opinion... It is a big hotel, but you get a good feeling. Breakfast is good but a little confusing in peak hours. I would stay there again depending on a cost-benefit analysis.
