Hamburg is the city outside our home country that we have visited more often than any other, and for many years we have dreamed of staying at the Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten. This time, it finally happened, and the experience exceeded even our highest expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything was simply perfect. The service was exceptional, the atmosphere elegant and welcoming, and the attention to detail remarkable. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably maintained, while the entire hotel reflects the timeless luxury and excellence for which it is renowned. It is rare for reality to surpass long-held expectations, but that is exactly what happened here. Every aspect of our stay was outstanding, and we left with wonderful memories of a truly special experience. We were 100% satisfied with everything and would recommend the Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten without hesitation. We look forward to returning

Easter holiday in a wonderful hotel.

A hotel with a wonderful interior and great restaurants. Here you will get the best and most professional service from the staff that one can imagine. This is luxury on a high level, without feeling it’s beeing too much and forced on you. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, and the interiors are both classic and modern at the same time. A highly recommended hotel, close to the best shopping area in Hamburg.

The staff here was absolutely amazing from the martini bar to the group that worked in the grill bar or just among some of the standout staff. One of the best days of customer service I’ve ever had and I’ve stayed a lot of properties. I feel like once you got to know some of the staff after staying for multiple days, I had some really enjoyable conversations on top of a really amazing stay with perfect amenities and room on the upgraded suite that I booked with the Butler service. Next time I’m back in Hamburg that is my go to spot.
