The lady at the desk to check in was so delightful, she made us feel welcome from the minute we checked in and helped with anything we needed our wanted. The property was very clean and safe. There were no firm pillows. There were plenty of soft pillows but I would have liked at least one firm pillowcase. Otherwise the place is good for the price however there are no microwaves in the rooms or coffee pots but you can get coffee in the lobby. The breakfast is Continental and only cold cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, muffins, bagels, etc. No scrambled eggs or bacon or warm breakfast which doesn't bother me because I don't really eat breakfast. But there are hard boiled eggs for protein and honestly I don't really want to eat scrambled eggs or bacon. My husband is the breakfast eater. I just need coffee

We had a reservation, went to the hotel to be informed they had no reservation, even though I had all the information, I tried to get hold of Expedia to find out Expedia outsource the reservation to a third party. 20 years of loyalty out the window. Easy to get to just off the highway. Room furnishings minimal, rundown, bed hip high hard to get in and out of for 63 yr old. No worth the $150. just to spend the night. When we drove around back can see it is under interior renovations so maybe in future place will be nicer. Breakfast consisted of toast, bagel, muffin or yougart. Coffee was good. Staff friendly/helpful.
