The location is excellent, right off the main promenade. The property is quaint, well-maintained, and full of charm. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they were perfectly adequate for a couple of nights. We had a rear-facing balcony; however, each floor also had beautifully decorated common seating areas where you could relax, watch the sunset, enjoy views of the beach, or simply do some people-watching. Breakfast was included and offered a good selection of options. Overall, we felt it was great value for the money. My only suggestion for improvement would be parking convenience. Free street parking is very limited, so we opted to pay for parking about 500 metres up the road.

We had a fantastic time in our stay at Gio R boutique we spent a couple nights the breakfast was exquisite the location where the hotels located. It’s right across one of the best beaches in all the area there are food options galore the general downtown area is 100 feet from the hotel And the whole hotel staff made the stay one of a kind.

Great breakfast and friendly staff. Variety of food. No parking on site or even outside. We found a 24hr parking spot 7 mins walk away from the hotel. Good location close to nearby bars and restaurants, although it can be quite loud with music heard to the rooms. There is no sound proofing, you can hear all doors, foots steps, knocks as it’s just concrete building. Given it’s a boutique hotel, the rooms are tiny but with a huge balcony. Almost doesn’t seem well designed. My husband is 6ft tall and his feet were hanging over the bed. We only stayed one night and felt that was enough for a stop over.

Perfect small hotel! It's a 30 second walk down the road to the main promenade with the beach and restaurants. The hotel has beach chairs and umbrellas for guests to use at the other beach a 2 minute walk the other direction for free. The rooms were adorable and the balcony sea view was phenomenal!

The facility would get 5 star for location, cleanliness and staff. The only reason I gave it a 4 overall was because of facility condition (internet went out, and doors were locked at 7 am and I had to find a way out of 3rd floor to exit building) and breakfast (the quality wasn’t that great, with coffee being particularly horrific). I have to particularly commend the staff. They were consistently helpful.

Perfect place for a couple recommend to anyone!!

Such a lovely place and fantastic staff. Room was well designed, very clean, breakfast was brilliant, they made us both feel so welcome. You are next to the promenade literally on the beach. There is a road in front of the hotel but zero issues. Highly recommend this place to anyone 100% the best place we stayed and only wish we had stayed another night
The muesli yoghurt pot was brilliant
SUCH a great selection with lots of homemade items
every level has a balcony like this even if you pick a room without the seaview
