Fivitel Boutique Da Nang, Da Nang

I only stayed here for a night but it was great! The staff was so friendly and nice. They even sent a cute thank you email afterwards. Location is pretty convenient too. Many restaurants and cafes nearby

I stayed this hotel for 2 nights with my friend in early July. We found several pros and cons. In Short, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to all the people. 한국말로 같이 있습니다. Pros 1.Good location: It wasn't perfectly awesome location but I would say it is pretty much central of Da nang city. 2.Spacious Bathroom: You will find out quite big bathroom. 3.Super kind hospitality staff: They are all very polite and kind. But several staff's English was very poor.Kind of shocked. Cons 1.Poor hygiene: We found the dirt spot in towel. It was so gross. Seems like they don't check all the towel after laundary 2.Outdated building: No wonder why their hotel fare was cheap. All the building looks at least couple decades. 3.Poor Breakfast and dirty dinning chair: The breakfast was horrible. Couldn't eat any bit of any food. Veggies, Fruits all stale and not delicious. Also found a lot of dirt in each of chairs. Gross! 4.No indoor slipper:This hotel is 4 stars hotel as you google in the website. But no any indoor slippers.Seriously?? 5.Very small swimming pool: No wonder why nobody was there. 6.Shower cap was broken and didn't work well. Had a hard time taking a shower. Please fix all the shower's cap. 위치는 좋고 직원들은 너무 너무 친절하나,너무 오래된 호텔이며 4성급은 무슨 2성급 정도 레벨 되는 호텔입니다. 아침은 정말 최악으로 뽑히며, 너무 드럽습니다. 제대로 청소도 안한게 눈에 보이고 몇분 있다가 호텔을 옮겨야나 싶었습니다. 절대 추천하지 않습니다. 좋은 다낭에서 휴가를 초라한 호텔에서 망치지 마세요. 2성급 호텔 아니 모텔이라 할게요.오히려 조금 돈 더 들여서 좋은 호텔 가길 간곡히 추천합니다. 더러운 사진들 첨부합니다.

Breakfast service very poor and doesn’t live up to the standards of the rest of the hotel

The front desk staff was amazingly helpful, knowledgeable and extremely friendly.

Above expectations ..... very efficient and friendly staff! Danang is a beautiful city and Fivitel Boutique is very central to the markets, the Dragon Bridge and amazing food and cafes!
