Security is not a priority
The property was very pretty, but the lock on our room was broken. The first night the hotel was totally booked, but the owner told us the lock would be fixed the next day. We came back from a tour to discover our room had been unlocked all day. The owner acted like it was no big deal so we ended up leaving a night early. The property has potential but needs better service. The other employees at the lodge were nice.

Gorgeous jungle retreat!
Beautiful place! Lovely private villas facing the river. Only 2 things to know: 1. No AC. However with the mild temps and the fans, it was not an issue. 2. If it rains hard, you will wake up from the rain hitting the awning.
