Very large and busy hotel. Run down, untidy and well past it’s best. Our room was ok, looked over the garden. Stayed for 2 nights, they didn’t make up the room, or bring fresh towels on the second day. Indoor pool was under refurbishment, which we were not made aware off. Outdoor pool was dirty, small and full of children during our stay. Didn’t try the spa as it was quite pricey. Wouldn’t stay again.

We stayed overnight to enjoy a girls trip. Wish there was a jacuzzi option without having to pay extra at the wellness center but the indoor pool was still a nice option. Breakfast buffet was exceptional. Great choices. Would recommend.

Good hotel, located uphill, very close to Lillehammer Olympic Park. Good size room with garden and outdoor pool view (room 614). Good beds with clean linens. Good size bathroom. Housekeeping not really focused on our room (5 night-stay, 1 time cleaning - room 614). Very nice and cozy lobby with different set-ups and lounges with (one) fireplace. Nice restaurant but the menu is very limited (January 2025) and expensive. Fabulous breakfast! Friendly reception staff. Free parking. I will book again.

Ved utsjekk ble vi presentert for en regning som var skrevet på vårt rom, og dette stemte ikke, vi hadde ikke kjøpt noe i rest. eller bar og skrevet det på rommet. Er ikke begeistret for teppebelagte gulv over hele hotellet, pga allergier i familien Ellers liker vi hotellet, omgivelser og hageanlegg og beliggenhet. Betjeningen i restaurant og resepsjon er også meget hyggelig og serviceinnstilte. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Hotellet har både inne- og utebasseng, men begge er slitte og dårlig rengjort i sommersesongen. Generelt fremstår hele hotellet som modent for oppussing. Frokostbuffeen er stor, men enkel og uoversiktlig. Minigolfen koster 75 kr per kølle – samme pris for barn og voksne, også for hotellgjester. Det skuffende “gaming-rommet” viste seg å være et pingpongbord med ødelagt utstyr og et fussballbord uten ball. Hotellet er stort og upraktisk bygd, med lange ganger og god avstand fra resepsjon til rom. På den positive siden har hotellet fine uteområder og det best utstyrte og største treningsrommet jeg har sett på et hotell. Totalt sett føler vi at oppholdet ble dyrt sammenlignet med standarden og hva man får andre steder.
