This is the hotel to compare everything else to. It is immaculate. The staff are amazing, the rooms are luxurious and so comfortable. I love every detail of this hotel. There is nothing you could want or need that the staff hasn’t already provided.

We arrived early and we were kindly allowed use of the spa, pools, sauna and steam room. Service is second to none. We would have liked to have eaten at Sean Rankin’s restaurant but, unfortunately there was a wedding being held there. Our meal in Fletchers was very good. Our (cosy) room was on the top floor but next to the lift, which was fortunate. Everything was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. Very efficient room service.

From being greeted at the gate, to then having everything done for you… the staff at Grantley Hall make this a 7 star experience. The rooms, the bar, the grounds, all impeccable. The breakfast was disappointing for me - had high expectations but everything else was excellent.

Everything about this hotel is exceptional. The service from arriving at the gate house to leaving is outstanding. Rooms are luxurious and food & drink choice is vast. This is our second stay & wont be the last!

Fabulous

Superb stay - luxurious high-end hotel but with a warm and cosy feel, great to have log fires in bar and lounges and great to have a choice of restaurants serving high-quality food. Without exception the staff and service were amazing - so warm, friendly and attentive which made a lovely relaxed atmosphere- we really enjoyed our stay - Thankyou!

Perfection

The worst thing about staying at this hotel is you will be disappointed with any other hotel stay thereafter. The staff are incredible, every single person would go above and beyond with every interaction. The whole hotel is breathtaking, absolutely no expense has been spared and it shows.

Excellent.

From first arriving and welcome at the gates of Grantley Hall, throughout our stay we received the most excellent and friendly service. Accommodation in the "Queen Anne Suite" ( Room 4) was extremely comfortable, with all amenities you would expect. Dinner in the Fletchers restaurant was excellent. Three Graces Spa has all amenities you would expect plus a "Nordic Spa Garden", with ice cold baths and a separate "Snow Room", where you can actually roll in the snow.

Disappointed

The trip started well, room was well appointed, enjoyed the spa, staff were friendly. Unfortunately we were woken at 6.30am by radio/television noise that staff appeared not to be able to locate. This was followed by house keeping entering our room whilst we were at breakfast despite the do no disturb sign being on and starting to clean the room before we had checked out. This is not acceptable and we had to ask them to leave and pack round the mess they had left. Managements response was 'thats never happened before' we will take you drinks and food off your bill. Yes a gesture but spoilt the end of our stay and at £600 a night you expect better...

Where can I begin with this dream! If I could give 7 stars I would. We have stayed in many 5 stars all over the world, I can firmly put this in the top 3. From the moment we arrived, Grantley Hall was a sensational experience. Issac holding the fort at the front gate, dressed impeccably, welcomed us like family and with so much energy it was like a shot of espresso! The valet boys were incredible and highly professional and helped us park directly outside of the hotel. Ricardo on the front desk is a seasoned professional, with a classic and tailored approach to his work which we highly appreciated. He welcomed us with so much care and took care of every detail of our stay. A true credit to Grantley Hall, again, impeccably dressed which is always so nice to see. The hotel itself is magestic and huge! Very clean and every detail has been considered. Our room was perfect, fully amenatized and beautifully furnished. Underfloor heating in our bathroom was wonderful in the morning! We dined at Fletchers - a team of consumate professionals with enough Northern charm to take you to the moon and back! The beef wellington was world class and the lighting and ambiance was perfect. The wonderful hostess of Fletchers was absolutley wonderful and made our experience so heartfelt and memorable. The gentleman who served us at breakfast was so professional and kind, another example of the stellar talents at Grantley Hall. Spa is world class also. Nothing else like this in the UK!
