I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location was convenient, and the facilities met my expectations. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of options. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We had a very good and enjoyable stay. The breakfast was particularly enjoyable, with a great selection of quality products and plenty of choice to suit everyone. We also had dinner in the restaurant, which offered good food and excellent value for money. There was a minor slip-up with our food order, but this was dealt with swiftly and to our complete satisfaction, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

We stayed for 1 night whilst travelling through Europe by motorcycle. The team at the hotel created a secure space under cover to secure it bike, which kept it protected and out of sight overnight. There were triples and elevators to help move luggage to our room which was big enough for two adults and bike gear to stay comfortably and file our gear. The room had a nespresso machine, a comfortable bed and a good sized bathroom. Everything was clean and well maintained. Staff on reception and housekeeping were friendly and helpful throughout, and whilst we didn’t stop for breakfast, it looked good as we left.

I used a towel to clean the very dirty table on the balcony. I left it showing dirt on towel but it was not replaced. Neither were the tea bags or the two small biscuits. Powered milk not fresh . Amenities very poor . No body lotion, shampoo mixed with body wash, not five star standard. Disappointing. Reception staff were excellent, as was location

Good stay and comfortable hotel. Only issue was waiting for skmeone to appear at reception. They need a bell or something to let them know people are waiting

Nice location on river

The hotel is across the river from the city centre but in a nice location and easy to access by foot or bus. It has a very nice lobby and restaurant, and the indoor pool is a plus. Wifi worked well. The only difficulty we had is that the air conditioning did not work the first two nights of our four-night stay. When we brought the problem to the attention of the staff, they were not helpful - they simply came to our room and adjusted the thermostat in the same way that we had tried. When we complained after a second hot night, they admitted the whole system was down and that someone would come to fiix it. It was fixed for the second two nights, but we felt that the staff should have been more attentive to the situation and made recompense.

4/10 Fair
