What???
I'm not a fan of having to call the front desk in order to get into the minibar in my room...

Poor 2.0
bed bugs & stinky smell
we paid for a queen size room, once we get there they give us a full size. The first thing we see when we get there is a bed bug good thing I took a picture bc the lady At the desk was trying to imply that I might’ve saw something else. We get switched rooms & our new room smells like a dead rat or wet dog. I cannot make this up!!Also no Microwaves in the rooms and bathroom was very uncomfortable.. This is basically like a hood Motel in Downtown Chicago.
Kierra, us2 night trip
Good 6.0
The hotel is one of Chicago’s older hotels. It was VERY NOISY. Parking is very expensive. I booked a Superior king and got a queen room because they didn’t have any “available”. I would have went to a different hotel if I wouldn’t have lost money.

Great hotel + free parking
This is probably the first time I've stayed at a hotel a second time since I always price shop on these things. The free valet parking is huge, and the hotel itself is great. I'm very likely to stay here again next time I'm taking a trip to Chicago.

The hotel is very nice, but very very old.
