The staff were very friendly and very helpful! My husband has limited mobility and the staff especially our front always rushed to assist him! When we requested extra towels or help in our room the staff was very helpful and friendly also! We enjoyed the specials for Happy Hour too! We were attending a reunion for a former group and staff were most helpful setting up for it and providing whatever was needed! We were there eight nights so we saw the service over a period of time!

6/10 Good

Front desk staff were helpful. Rooms were fairly described. Disappointed that a bottle of water wasn’t provided that you have to be an elite member for that. So I was charged. Coffee machines are sort of low budget. Only had a few towels in the room.

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel was nice and clean. It was strange that there was a public style toilet without a tank I didnt would to touch flush pump with hands. And I disliked that I could not adjust intensity of the pressure washer shower. I had a chai latte at the cafe. Other than that the hotel was great.
