The property is so well planned and landscaped beautifully. The lobby is very inviting and a perfect place to see stunning sunsets while lounging in comfortable chairs. Everyone was so cheerful, helpful and added to the magical ambience of the environment both physically and emotionally. The Sheraton is a place that depicts that Mauii feel. We had an amazing stay at the Sheraton Maui. The property is beautiful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our trip. Perfect for a family with two little ones ages five and six. They loved the pool and the slide and the luau on premise was amazing and super easy to get to. Everything was really walkable and Whalers Village being next was such a great option. Turtles all day long on the beach and the food was actually really good from the poolside bars and restaurants. also, the kid activities were a total hit like seeing aqua the mermaid in the pool and getting to hang out with her, and getting tattoos and other crafts.
